Our kitchen team with Kristin Reeske at the head combine creativity with local taste to create a selection of delicious and innovative Majorcan and international dishes.

Guests can indulge their taste for inspired cuisine and from our Maitre Alfonsina Busti they will get a select choice of fine local and international champagnes and wines, including the Reserva Rotana wines produced from the private vineyards and cellar.
